Born and based in Baja California Sur, ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN & BUILD by Díaz is an architecture studio dedicated to creating projects that go beyond spatial functionality. Through carefully proportioned façades, thoughtful materiality, and an artistic sensibility, we design spaces that establish a harmonious dialogue between architecture, place, and the human experience—resulting in architecture that is balanced, timeless, and deeply connected to the people who inhabit it.

Our design process is grounded in meticulous attention to detail, the honest expression of materials, and the pursuit of an aesthetic that integrates naturally with the landscapes of Baja California Sur.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN & BUILD by Díaz was founded from the vision of Allan Díaz, a Baja California Sur native with a deep passion for architecture, construction, and the arts. Inspired by the place that shaped both his personal and professional journey, he has built his career designing high-end residential projects within prestigious communities such as Pedregal, Ladera, and Querencia.Throughout his professional career, Allan has served as an architectural designer and was awarded first place in the 2019 Municipal Architecture Competition in Cabo San Lucas for the conceptual design of a Cultural Institute for Indigenous Communities. Each project has strengthened his understanding of architecture from a comprehensive perspective, encompassing every stage of the process—from concept development and architectural design to construction management and on-site supervision.

This experience enables him to transform ideas into spaces that respond to each client's vision while respecting the unique characteristics of every project. By carefully balancing functionality, proportion, and materiality, his work seeks to maximize spatial quality while celebrating the visual richness of architecture through thoughtful design decisions.
